Me neither meerkat, I guess I've tended to rely on my diet but it's funny you should say you were thinking of starting because I've been wondering the same thing myself.

Mind you .. it looks big business and one look at the supermarket shelves got me baffled.

I've recently started taking a multi vitamin/mineral supplement.
No idea if it will do me good or not but I don't suppose it will do me any harm! sunny

If you want supplements, order by post from Healthspan.  Their prices are reasonable and service is excellent.  They charge postage, but if you ask for regular repeat orders this is refunded, and £1 per item is also deducted.  I buy Chondromax, which is a very high dose of Glucosamine and chondroitin, for rebuilding of cartilage, cod liver oil in a very highly concentrated liquid form, one teaspoon is the dosage and it has added oil of lemon and orange to neutralise the taste.  I buy Co enzyme Q10 which gets rid of the side effects of statins, and saw palmetto for the prostate.
