Clarkson goes without saying, of course, but also Brucie has me reaching for the remote, as does Griff Rhys Jones.

There are so very many retch provoking 'personalities' on TV these days that I find myself switching the TV off right after the six o clock news.

I hate all the cooking and baking programmes, it really is overkill now.  I feel irritated when the trailers come on, can't stand that Berry womans face.

I can see no reason whatsoever to have cooking on Saturday mornings on the 24 hour BBC news channel.

Cooking programs!! My pet hate! If it's not Gordon Ramsey, it's bloody Jamie Oliver or My Kitchen Rules or Masterchef etc etc. I can't stand the affectation! I'm sure that the director shouts "Cut- lets do that again with more tears!" And they've re-invented the word 'drizzle'- it no longer has anything to do with rain!

Chris Evans is another pet hate.  'Er indoors quite like the one show during the week, but Evans completely wrecks the Friday edition.

Now I quite like Mr Evans, andsome, he's a bit like a naughty schoolboy at times but he has a heart of gold and gives much money and time to various charities yes

It's that jarring voice that gets me, it's as bad as some American women's voices, harsh and jarring.
