I am beginning to wander did he deface it himself to show the difference between art and vandalism. Not sure what is going on with our Banksy

The one he did in Folkestone looks like the owners of the 'wall' he painted on are going to re-surface the wall !!

I have no doubts at all that he is a brilliant artist, but cannot understand why he does not paint on surfaces that can be preserved.  He must be a very weird person.
