I saw these in Cardiff in the 90's

Shaun McGowan, Pogues was so drunk he fell off the stage in a heap. The Dubliers just left him there till after the song, picked him up after the song and propped him up at the back of the stage.

He did a few more songs but kept sinking down on his knees. It amused us a load of medics on a night out. smile

Amazingly still alive to this day and alcoholic  :;smile:i

We actually did book for the Dubliners Hetty. We often had staff nights out at St David's Hall.

We were shocked when Shaun appeared and thought what on earth.

It just got more and more funny as the evening progressed but at least there were a few sets they played some of the old favourites. .

Some true fans were not amused as they had paid in all fairness to see the Dubliners.

Meant to say yesterday I like 60s stuff as well  smile x
