We went to see Mr Turner yesterday, having looked forward very much to doing so.  I am sorry to say that it was one of the most dull, boring and uninteresting films we have ever had the misfortune to sit through.  No where near enough of his paintings were shown.  The story was NOT presented in an interesting way at all.  There were only two redeeming factors, one was that Timothy Spall played the part very well, and the second was that we purchased our tickets using the Orange Wednesday facility, and so only paid half price.  Each to his/her own of course, but in our humble opinions you would be better off keeping your money in your pockets.

As I said the above is the views of 'Er Indoors and yours truly.  We had both looked forward to is as we both love his paintings.  The film however was dull and dreary and utterly boring.  Let us know your opinion when you have sat through it.

Depends what your taste is.  The views expressed are merely mine and 'Er Indoors.  We found it dull and boring in the extreme.
