We got so far ahead Davo, that I forgot to post!  I have been assiduously assessing wine over the past few days and establishing it's connectivity with ham, and other savoury delicacies and on Monday next I will be at a gathering of neighbours to see if the quality of the 2007 Te Mata Coleraine has improved since I made it in 1982. I  can't believe that this might be the case!
